Giving a business that's been around for a long time, 1star because they were angry is not trying to be helpful, it's trying to cause damage.
- Rebecca Chan Added December 23, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely poor (or shall I say non existent!) customer service, despite three staff members and being one of three customers in the store. Waited for about 10 minutes before deciding to approach a staff member unpacking boxes nearby only to have my enquiry met with harshness and hostility. Being a avid cake decorator, I will now (along with my friend) be getting my future supplies elsewhere!
