    Excellent service from the quote to the installation. Frank and Samuel the installers were fantastic! So friendly and did an amazing job. Very happy with the whole Wynstan experience.

    Would not recommend. Installation wasn’t great, they were slow (understandable in covid times) and their communication woeful. I’ve had to call the store several times for updates as it’s been radio silence for months. We got two quotes and went with Wynstan because they were cheaper, I guess you get what you pay for.

    Wynstan blinds are terrible. Poorly hung and I've had a technician out 5 times to fix them. The blinds have frayed, buckled and do not roll straight. The fabric we chose was premium but 18 months in, it looks cheap, especially as the edges are incredibly curled and fraying. Poor quality. We had 10 blinds installed and only roll each of them up once and day and down once a day so there is no over use. They have simply not lasted. I would not recommend nor use them again. Having said all this, the service centre is great and we have had no problem having a technician come to fix it but who wants to have to constantly get them fixed? Boring. Never again.
