- luke parker Added April 27, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would give no stars if I could. Hopeless. Don't ever return calls. Won't repair their lift. Buying this lift was a MASSIVE ERROR. Not sure who is better, but this mob is hopeless
- Robert Gertler Added November 30, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Most unhappy with follow up service. After installation rust was seen in the lift and reported. Easy Living was to replace the rusted parts after being notified in December 2016. Despite numerous phone calls and promises to provide replacement parts, nothing has happened.

As an owner builder to be given helpful advice when discussing ideas , to drop off my plans and have a quote promptly returned, be told the lift will be fabricated and delivered by a certain date and to be on time made it so easy to organise trades around that work, so thank you.
To all the installers I give a big thank you as they were all very professional and extremely helpful with all my requests.
With the combination of ideas and your companies workmanship has gone a long way to enhance the look of our home.
Special thanks to your supervisor as he explained everything in a simple manner, answered all my questions and helped with all issues along the journey I will certainly be recommending your company to my friends and have already done so thus far.
