  I recently joined the Yoganic mums & bubs classes and can honestly say that I look forward to going to these classes! Libby & her team create such a supportive & welcoming environment, I felt immediately comfortable in the studio. It’s been wonderful to be able to return to exercise plus take my baby along with me... even my baby seems to enjoy going :) The classes are small which means that you get more attention and the instructors tailor the activities to be specific to your needs. Although I am new to pilates, I have found the reformer classes really helpful in my postnatal recovery. I also really like the barre classes with Helene as she makes them lots of fun for the mums & the babies. I highly recommend Yoganic.

  I first started going to Yoganic for reformer Pilates. Since joining I have discovered so many classes I otherwise never would have tried. Libby understands her members and is committed to giving them the best possible experience, whether that be adding new classes or making sure memberships are flexible. Thank you for helping me get my strength back after kids and making exercise so enjoyable. I highly recommend Steph’s barre class for a full body burn.

  I am a new client to Yoganic and started with the mum + bubs Pilates reformer and have also done their Barre class. I'd highly recommend these classes or any of the other classes offered at Yoganic, especially if you're postpartum! I found the classes encouraging and supportive while also making you move your body under the guide of the educated instructors. The babies also are happy as they are provided with rockers and love looking around. You are encouraged to do the exercises at your own strength level and ability.
  There are also a variety of classes, times to suit everyone which is great!

  I recently started attending classes at Yoganic Willoughby, and I am absolutely loving them! The calm, boutique nature of the classes is perfect to allow for a sense of community, as well as the gentle and personalized instruction required to maintain good form. The range of classes means it is easy to find a class to fit my schedule and abilities. The instructors are professional, lovely and encouraging, providing opportunity to challenge yourself whilst also meeting you where you are at.
  
  I am feeling stronger already and am excited to continue my Yoganic journey! Thanks Libby & team for creating such a beautiful space.

  I've been going to pilates reformer at Yoganic for a few years. The beginner classes are a little challenging to start with but you soon learn how to use the reformer and feel the benefits. Every class is different & the instructors are excellent & we have a few laughs. I feel taller after class & my flexibility has improved so much. I highly recommend Yoganic.
