  Both Di and Nick are excellent and extremely good with their communication both via email and over the phone. Di in particular is so affable and friendly she's a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

  I have used Merrick Binch lettings management services for more than 6 years and have found them nothing but professional in all aspects. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Claire is fantastic and honest when valuing your home and takes care of you from start to end. If your at a loose end not knowing where to start give Claire a call and she will put your mind at rest.   Merrick Binch lettings are fantastic i cannot recommend them enough! Thank you girls for finding me the perfect tenants and keeping me updated with inspections and maintenance needed throughout. My rent is always on time and I have no hassle. I don’t live in Coventry and therefore need the managed service. They have been excellent and provided a 5 star service.

  Sold my house through Merrick Binch. I met with Nick and he looked after us from start to finish. The service and advice was excellent as we were first time sellers. We sold in 8 days which allowed us to secure the home we wanted to buy. We would recommend Merrick Binch to anyone thinking of selling. A big thank you to Nick and all his team.

  I worked for Geanne Merrick for almost a year.
  During this time I was payed the wrong amount, messed around with taxes and super.
  
  I experienced her forget client appointments, and consistently disappoint interested buyers.
  
  I would advise no one to choose Geanne Merrick as their estate agent.
  
  She will lie, cheat, and sneak to get your business.
  
  If you want to sell your house for a good price, and quickly she is not the answer.

  Working for this "Boutique" Estate agents, was promised full time hours only to barely make 25 hrs per week (casual), she forgot to pay and refuses to answer my calls when following something up.
  
  Unreliable and very disappointing. I do not recommend this Company at all
